We strongly encourage every lender to get a collateral for every loan for now. While we hope to be able to guarantee loans using our social credit reviews in about a years as we get more data.
So for example, if a user needs a loan for a house, you get the land tittle and house paper in your name until your loan and interest have been fully paid off. We can facilitate the transaction for a 1% if needed.
